Our 180 day money back guarantee

If you are not happy with Barqora for any reason, you can ask for a refund within 180 days of the day your order arrives.

There is no waiting period. You can ask for a refund at any time within the 180 days, even if you have used the product.

How to ask for a refund

• Give us your order number and the email you used to order.
• We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with a return number and the address to send it to.

Please email us first. Returns sent without a return number may take longer to process, or may not be accepted.

Sending the item back

Send the item to the return address we give you, and write your return number on the outside of the box. Please pack it with care. We suggest a shipping method with tracking, since we can not refund items that are lost on the way back to us.

You pay the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we pay for the return.

When you get your money

When we get your return, we will refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay to send it back.

Canceling an order

You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet. Contact us as soon as you can and we will refund you in full.
